Welcome to Genesis Beauty Company. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and staff.

 

 

1. Appointments & Cancellations

    •    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.

    •    Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be marked as a no-show and charged the full service amount.

    •    Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule an appointment up to two times consecutively. After the second reschedule, further restrictions may apply, including the need for prepayment.

    •    No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be subject to booking restrictions in the future.

 

 

2. Gift Cards & Credits

    •    Expiration: Gift cards and service credits expire one (1) year from the purchase date.

    •    Donated Gift Cards: Must be used within three (3) months of the issue date.

    •    Promotional Restrictions: Gift cards and credits cannot be used toward any sale or promotional pricing.

    •    Original Gift Card Requirement: The original physical or digital gift card or QR code must be presented at the time of service. Photocopies or unverified codes will not be accepted. If unavailable, full payment will be required at the time of service.

 

 

3. Returns & Refunds

    •    Products: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    •    Packages & Services: No refunds will be issued for packages or services already rendered.

 

 

4. Payments

    •    Card Payments: Accepted during appointments.

    •    Cash Payments: Please bring exact change, including any gratuities, as change is not provided at the spa.

 

 

5. Appointment Reminders

 

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy only. Clients are still responsible for honoring their scheduled appointments and reviewing the 48-hour cancellation policy upon booking.

 

 

6. Client Conduct & Safety

 

Genesis Beauty Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully. Your comfort and safety, and that of our team, is our highest priority.

 

 

7. Modifications to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
