At Genesis Beauty Company, our mission is to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and healing space where everyone feels seen, supported, and cared for. We believe that beauty and wellness services should be accessible to all, regardless of physical ability, language, or background.
Physical Accessibility
Our spa, located in Wimberley, Texas, includes a ramp for wheelchair and mobility aid access. While our treatment room is on a single level, please note that our spa bed is not height-adjustable. Clients must be able to transfer independently or with their own assistance from a wheelchair to the treatment bed. If you have any questions or concerns about mobility support, we encourage you to reach out prior to your appointment.
Translation & Language Accessibility
We are happy to support translation assistance for Spanish-speaking clients and those with other language needs when possible. While services are primarily provided in English, we will make every effort to provide clear communication and accommodate language preferences when notified in advance. Written materials and consent forms can be translated or explained upon request.
